MOLDS DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING
GOMMA Line’s tool workshop has the most modern machines for milling, turning and eroding. Processes are monitored by the latest measurement and control equipment. Using this modern equipment and qualified personnel, we can guarantee design, development and production of the most demanding molds for rubber and plastics, with the highest precision and an acceptable completion deadline. However, our goal is not to stop when we deliver a tool, but to build a close partnership with our customers through professional support and services during the lifetime of the tool.
In addition to designing, developing and manufacturing tools, we provide professional and specialized maintenance of tools for rubber and plastics. We have an emergency team of toolmakers who are available for our clients 24 hours a day.
RUBBER PROFILES, PRODUCTS AND BRAKE HOSES PRODUCTION
GOMMA Line has modern equipment for extrusion, UHF vulcanization flocking and confectioning of rubber profiles.
We manufacture various kinds of rubber sealing profiles:
- Flocked rubber profiles – polyester or polyamide flock;
- Two-component rubber profiles;
- Rubber profiles with reinforcement of a metal strip or wire insert;
- Joined rubber profiles.
At its manufacturing facilities, GOMMA Line has installed injection presses for vulcanizing rubber, with a capacity up to 1.5 liters. We can process various material types: EPDM, NBR, SBR, CR, Silicone ...
- Rubber hoses for distribution of air and other fluids in vehicles;
- Rubber products in combination with metal parts;
- Seals and other technical rubber parts.
GOMMA Line has modern equipment for production, assembly and testing of brake hoses and hoses for hydraulic clutch systems. Products produced in our plants suit demanding international standards (SAE J 1401, FM VSS 106, ISO 3996), as well as all the technical requirements and standards of the world's greatest car manufacturers (Fiat, Renault, VW, GM, AvtoVAZ - LADA).
The fittings which we use have ZnNi alloy surface protection, and they are designed to meet the strictest demands of corrosion resistance (more than 1000 hours until the appearance of base material corrosion), and they also meet all the requirements and standards in the field of environmental protection.
